Come relax and unwind under the Full Buck Moon with an Astrological Sound Bath! If you aren't available in person, there is a Zoom option available that I'm offering at a discounted rate.
The full buck moon is all about growth & manifesting the life you want. Sound baths are scientifically proven to reduce stress & anxiety, improve your quality of sleep so not only are they amazing for healing you spiritually, but also mentally & physically.
When you arrive, you will pull a card from my Astrology Deck to set the vibe for the session. You will then grab a notepad and a cup of water before picking your spot. We will all write what we want to manifest on a piece of paper before speaking it into the water and placing it under the cup to charge under the full moon while we are on our sound journey. At the end, we will all drink our moon water to lock in all that manifesting energy we just experienced.
As a certified astrologer, Reiki, and sound healing practitioner, I blend the energy of the planets with sound therapy by playing the song of the stars. I create the musical score using the transit chart at the time of our session. Going house by house, I play the note associated with that sign and planetary placements, fully harnessing the energy of the universe using crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs.
There is an option for an in pool floating experience as well as an out of the pool experience. Don't worry, you won't get wet! I will help assist you as you get on and off the mattress.

Sound bath includes a mattress, cooling blanket, neck pillow, & eye mask. It will be held at a private pool surrounded by the sounds of birds, crickets, frogs, and beautiful scenery that makes you feel like you're in The Secret Garden but you're really just in South Nashville/Crieve Hall. Cancellations with a full refund will be honored if given at least a 24 hour notice before the time of the sound bath.
