Sound baths are scientifically proven to reduce stress & anxiety, improve your quality of sleep so not only are they amazing for healing you spiritually, but also mentally & physically.
As a certified astrologer, Reiki, and sound healing practitioner, I blend the energy of the planets with sound therapy by playing the song of the stars. I create the musical score using the transit chart at the time of our session. Going house by house, I play the note associated with that sign and planetary placements, fully harnessing the energy of the universe using crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums and gongs.
There is an option for an in pool floating experience as well as an out of the pool experience. Don't worry, your feet will be the only thing that gets wet! I will help assist you as you get on and off the mattress.
Sound bath includes a mattress, cooling blanket, neck pillow, & eye mask. It will be hosted at Shalala with a private pool surrounded by the sounds of birds, crickets, frogs, and beautiful scenery that makes you feel like you're in The Secret Garden but you're really just in South Nashville/Crieve Hall. Cancellations with a full refund will be honored if given at least a 24 hour notice before the time of the sound bath.
